5 Multivitamin myths — should you worry about your vitamins?

Myth #1: All multivitamins are created equally I know that in these difficult economic times, many of us are shopping at discount markets. But I would offer a word of caution about buying your vitamin supplements from these places, as their makers may not adhere to good manufacturing practices.
